Kendrick Lamar is Grammy nominated and platinum selling American rapper and song writer. Born as Kendrick Lamar Duckworth on 17 June 1897 in Compton, California. When he was a teenager performer, his stage name was K-Dot and the mixtape Lamar released won great local attention. Consequently, he entered into an agreement with Indie record label, Top Dawg Entertainment and it was just the beginning of an illustrious career of an accomplished musician.
Lamar's first retail release 'Overly Dedicated' came out in 2010 and in the very next year, he launched his first studio album 'Section 80'.
