Effort (Motivational Speech)

How do you define success?

It's simple:

Have you given your all?

I don't mean what someone else considers to be a great effort.

I don't mean an effort worthy of a pat on the back.

I mean if you look in the mirror, can you honestly tell yourself you have given everything you have?

And if you KNOW you can give more. Then GIVE MORE!

Don't lie to yourself.

Winners in life win because they leave it all on the table.

They tell themselves the TRUTH!

And when it gets hard, as it does for EVERY SINGLE ONE OF US – they keep going. They stay in the fight! ...They fight harder!

And then one day they look back with PRIDE, because they remember those tough moments, those moments where they HAD EVERY RIGHT TO GIVE UP, but they REFUSED to accept defeat!

And that my friends is what it's all about!

WE ALL HAVE HUGE CHALLENGES!

ALL OF US!

But who among you is going to be BRAVE enough to stick it out?

WHO AMONG YOU is going to be courageous enough to FIGHT THROUGH THE PAIN!

Success is not given, it is earned, and it is DESERVED.

You can define success however you want, but if you can't look at yourself in the mirror and KNOW you deserve it, you aren't successful.

No one can define your success. Only you can. And you can only define it by one simple question: Have you given all your effort?

You can have it ALL

But it all can only come with EFFORT.

It's not always going to go your way, but if you can hold you hand up, and KNOW 'i gave my all' – that is your REWARD.

It's not always the PRIZE that's the REWARD.

It's the character you build – from EFFORT, from your BLOOD, SWEAT AND TEARS.

Give your all. 100%! not 97, 98, 99 or any other number. It's always 100!

Live your life without regret.

Rest if you must... but NEVER QUIT!

Rest if you must... but only if it is to RECHARGE your batteries

Rest if you must... but only if it is to PLAN for FUTURE success

PUSH YOURSELF to become the person you are DESTINED to become!
