Flo Rida (born as Tramar Dillard in 1979) is actually an American rapper, formerly a part of the 2 Live Crew.
Dillard came into this world in Carol City in Florida. While he was an adolescent, he performed along with the hip-hop collective 2 Live Crew. His performance with Fresh Kid Ice was soon noticed by Jodeci's DeVante Swing but not one of the main labels were prepared to offer them any deal. Because of this, Flo Rida signed up for the University of Nevada, and then Barry University.
After a telephone call from Poe Boy Entertainment, he came back home and signed an arrangement with them in the year 2007. He started to relate himself with Floridian artists like Trick Daddy, Trina, and Rick Ross.
Flo Rida's first single had been a promotional release, showcasing Rick Ross, known as "Birthday". His very first wide-spread launch was the track "Bitch, I'm From Dade County". This album furthermore featured Dre as well as Brisco.
