I think it means that people around him are always judging him and its a game between hi mand them and they can control him and they know it, 'alligator blood is starting to show' might mean that his weakness is showing and that instead of his 'tough 'alligator' skin they can see how he feels and reacts to what they are saying. 'cut me up and wear my skin' means they are critizing him and showing him how he should act and be, then tear me down clean me up means they are going to strip all of himself away and leave him empty and depressed, and the part 'help me find a way' is that the people are fake around him and cause him pain.

From what I can gather, this song is about a person who has held up a facade for a long time in regards to being tough and actually caring in an emotional sense, despite actually being an insensitive, or emotionally weak individual who is really a cold and calculating person. Alligators have cold blood, and the "alligator blood" showing means that their apathy, or "dark side" is now finally being revealed. The game of russian roulette they entered into was rigged from the start to ensure that they couldn't lose, since they are merely loading the gun, not risking their life. This reinforces the cold/calculating personality of the individual. There are also (pretty obviously) suicidal references, so the person is probably not happy with being the way they are (i. E cold blooded).
The person also appears to be singing the song to someone who fails to see their true disposition, and they get a thrill out of this, as it gives them an advantage over them.
That's just my interpretation anyway. I really like this song and I'm probably reading waaay too much into it, but hopefully someone out there will enjoy my analysis :)

Heroin addiction is like russian roulette. Your next hit could be your last. You want to stop but you just keep "playing the same old game over and over again" "wear your poker face, hands to a fool, hands to a theif. " - addicts are clever and cunning and can usually fool people to get what they want. "my alligator blood is starting to show" I think means when you start to feel withdraw you become desperate and change into an evil person that will prey on innocent people.

I think this whole song is about the last game in the movie "Rounders" the Russian guy Matt Damon is playing even says that he (Matt Damon) has "alligator Blood." If you know the song watch the movie it just fits. The part in the song about just calling it quits in the movie Matt Damon's character has the all the money he needs to pay back the Russian but goes back to play some more. Why I think this song is off a movie is because Bring me the Horizon s got their name from a movie.(pirates of the Caribbean).
